David Hunter and his partner Ashley Butcher launched Ashley David Taxis from a garage in Woodhouse Eaves in 2002. Since then we have become one of Charnwoods Largest taxi companies. We have a fleet of 45 modern vehicles, including several mini buses with disabled access. We also operate a fleet of chauffeur cars with clients that include 3m, Loughborough University, Astrazenica, Peruna and Fischer Sientific. The Executive car operation is under the brand Charnwood Travel Services ( www.charnwoodtravel.com ).
David Hunter today operated the customer service part of the operation and Darren Green, Director, is in charge of the operational side of the business, whilst Ashley Butcher overseas vehicle standards and valeting.
The company operates from three shops in Baxter Gate Loughborough, Rothley and at Loughborough University. We offer a professional service for all types of customers and their journeys. Our drivers are both polite and uniformed.
